What are the Lithe Classics? A-list Abs, Waist Not, Skinny Jeans, Sculpt & Split. They're the originals and they are the back-bone of the method. These perenially popular total-body workouts start on the mat/bands and finish at the barre. Some of you have been asking what exactly sculpt is. Sculpt is one of my favorite classes--It's like a skinny with weights. Weights add that extra cardio kick... A perfect total body toner!

I just went to my first Sculpt class today. I loved it! I will definitely be waking up early to go to Sculpt again :).
