Wear our special "gam gear" over your workout pants to shape, slim and energize your lower half. Big news...the bands are being installed at nolibs in the next few weeks and the July schedule will be dreamy! We were just waiting on the ceiling over there. It wasn't up to par.

Took Hot Legs last night and I have to say that after an hour at the barre my legs were trembling (which is a great thing)! It's super fun, fast paced, and is a serious calorie burner! Plus, the 'gam gear' makes you feel like an 80's rockstar!
