Hi Lauren, just wanted to give you some Split feedback! I think that I Sweat more in Split than any other class. Krista, like you, kept the class going smoothly and consistently, which makes a huge difference. Going from that intense upper body to intense lower body really shocked my body and made it challenging/rewarding. I find the barre my biggest challenge, so of course I wanted to stay on the bands all class, but I'm glad she switched it up...The class flew!
Great, that was my exact intention when I developed this class--it's really the best of the best and it hits all your major large muscle groups for that serious sweat factor! We will be adding more splits to the schedule starting next week, like Carrie's 7:15 PM on Tuesday evening!

I couldn't agree more... split was great! i felt challenged the whole class but krista kept it moving so that i was motivated to stay at her pace. best of all im sore today, so i know i was working!

Split is such a great class...my arms and legs feel like jello today, in a good way! I can't wait for next week.
