LITTLE WOMAN! 2 Mar 2009
I stumbled across Melissa's blog and when I realized that she lost 2 dress sizes in 2 months, I had to post about her. Melissa did the Lithe immersion in January and she has literally worked her butt off in February--I've seen her in the studio every day.
Kudos to you MB...What you have done and achieved is not EASY. We see so many people that don't even finish the immersion, let alone attend class everyday. You look so happy and healthy. I'm so proud of you and I noticed that you posted your second picture as "during"--I can't wait to see your "after" pictures!

Wow, you look AMAZING, Melissa!!

Melissa, you look fantastic!! You were already a beautiful woman, but at the photo you look really happy now with your "new" body. Hats off (I hope, that this is an idiom in usa, too ;-)) !!
Many greetings and the best wishes from Germany

Lauren!!!
Omg! Thank you so so so much for the super kind comments and words of encouragement. I seriously could not have done this without Lithe Method. The whole process--- from the immersion to build up a comfort level to the program--- to the incredible classes make me enjoy working out-- even when I am killer sore afterwords. Not to mention- all the girls who take your classes are awesome!!!
So so so glad that you are in Philly and have such a wonderful studio.

I'm so impressed, Melissa, with your transformation. (I was also impressed when I met you last week and you mentioned 7 classes in 7 days.) I'm pretty new to Lithe, so it's cool to see someone who has used it to make such a difference in her life. I also checked out your blog, and was SO impressed with your candor and confidence in discussing your month. It's not just what you've done that's inspiring, but your attitude. Go you! I'm also loving Lithe so far - it doesn't feel at all like the typical dance studio I'm used to where you're not really sure at first if it's ok to be there if you don't look like everyone else. Thank goodness, and thank you Lauren!
