How'd she land a spot on the Lithe team? She has a wonderful, fun, easy-going personality and it really shines when she teaches. She has a long history of Martial arts and strength training. She is very athletic and has played AND coached basketball, softball and volleyball.
What you wouldn't know just by looking at her: She is in her mid forties, She is an amazing cook!! she has an advanced belt in Kempo karate, she could really kick your a** in a fight, she has three teenagers: Wendy, Zachary and Connor and she has been married to her high school sweetheart, Joe, for 25 years.
Carla...you are another amazing person...you are very encouraging and provide a lot of positive reinforcement....you are a perfect role model...thanks for all you do!
